
The Herald-Whig has an immediate opening for an Advertising Assistant.
This individual will perform a range of clerical, administrative and project support duties for the Advertising Department.
This is an opportunity for a well organized individual with excellent interpersonal and professional phone skills who desires to be an active contributor to the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to multi-task and remain focused under pressure and will possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Excellent verbal and written communications, professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills are also desired. Administrative experience is preferred. Self-motivation, attention to detail and a true desire to be a part of a team are important.
